Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Wagging Tails Training and Pet Care website and booking service. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Bookings

All bookings are requests until confirmed by us. When you submit a booking, we will review it against our availability and confirm or decline the request. Confirmed bookings are added to our calendar.

For dog walking and drop-in visits, prices depend on the number and type of pets and the length of the visit. Pet sitting is priced from the exact drop-off and pick-up times you choose.

3. Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled through your online account up to 24 hours before the service is due to take place, and a full refund will be processed in due course. If cancellations need to be made with less than 24 hours' notice, you should contact us directly to do this. Refunds are not automatically applied in this case but will be considered at our discretion.

Recurring bookings continue weekly until you cancel the series. Skipping a single visit from a recurring booking is allowed outside the 24-hour window.

4. Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe. For paid services, payment is taken automatically using your saved card three days before each visit, or on the day of confirmation if the visit is less than three days away.

Meet & Greet sessions are free. You must have a valid payment method saved before a paid booking can be confirmed.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so from the "My Details" page. Deleting your account will cancel all pending and approved bookings, remove your saved payment methods, and delete your pet profiles. Records of completed visits will be retained for tax and legal purposes.
