Who we are

Wagging Tails Training and Pet Care is a small UK pet-care business. We take your privacy seriously and only collect the personal information we need to provide our services, manage bookings and payments, and meet our legal obligations.

What information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, address and any optional details such as pet profile information.
• Booking information: dates, times, services requested, pets included, any special instructions or medical notes, and payment history.
• Payment information: we do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe, which keeps your saved payment methods on their secure, PCI-compliant systems.
• Technical information: anonymised page-view data and Web Vitals/performance metrics if you opt in to Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and a strictly necessary encrypted session cookie so you can log in.

How we use your information

We use your information to take and manage bookings, communicate with you about your visits, process payments, provide the services you have requested, and keep the financial and tax records required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the trusted third-party services that make the website and payments work: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (availability and confirmed booking events), Resend (transactional emails) and Vercel (hosting, optional Web Analytics and optional Speed Insights performance metrics).

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the "My Details" page. When you do this, we first cancel any pending or approved bookings, remove your saved payment methods from Stripe, delete your pet profiles and account, and then remove your data from our authentication provider.

Records of completed bookings are kept for tax and legal purposes. When an account is deleted, the owner's name and email at the time of deletion are stored only against those completed records, so the business can continue to account for money that was actually received.

Under UK data-protection law, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the email above.
